These Terms of Service govern your use of the Luvrens online store and your purchases through it. Please read them before placing an order. References to “Luvrens,” “we,” and “us” mean Luvrens, operated by Shenzhen Xixiang Technology Co., Ltd., located at Unit 2309, Block 2, Phase I, Songmao Yulongwan Yayuan, Laodong Community, Xixiang Subdistrict, Bao'an District, Shenzhen; “you” means a visitor or customer. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

1. Scope and Eligibility

These terms apply to browsing our website and ordering the products or services offered here. You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are under the age of legal majority, please use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not intend these terms to exclude customers based solely on their country or region; actual delivery and payment options are shown during checkout.

2. Products and Availability

We aim to describe products accurately. Product photos, colors, and descriptions help you choose but may appear differently on different screens; check the product details before ordering. Availability may change. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you about the affected item and, where payment has been collected, arrange a refund for it if we cannot fulfill it.

3. Prices, Taxes, Shipping and Payment

Product prices are displayed in the store currency unless checkout indicates otherwise. The order total, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges, is presented during checkout before you submit your order. Tax amounts may be estimated at checkout where applicable and finalized in accordance with the checkout and payment process. Shipping charges and available delivery methods depend on the order and destination and are displayed before order submission. You can pay using the payment methods offered at checkout. Your payment method may be authorized when you place an order; the timing of the actual charge depends on the selected method and payment processing. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment details. Any applicable charges or adjustments will be reflected in the checkout or order record.

4. Ordering and Acceptance

To order, add your selected products to your cart, review the items and quantities, provide delivery and payment information, and submit your order at checkout. An automated acknowledgment that we received your order does not necessarily mean it has been accepted. A purchase contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order, such as by sending an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation, subject to applicable law. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for stock shortages, suspected fraud, incorrect information, or a clear pricing error. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the canceled amount.

5. Complaints, Product Issues and Consumer Rights

If you have a complaint or receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email support@luvrens.com with your order number, an explanation, and photos where helpful. We will review the issue and advise on next steps. Where a product does not conform to the contract or applicable legal requirements, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy under applicable consumer law. We will not require you to give up those rights. If a return is needed to assess or resolve a product issue, we will provide instructions before you send it back.

6. 14-Day Unopened-Item Return and Withdrawal Rights

For a change of mind, you may contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your item to request a return, provided the beauty product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with any hygiene seal intact. Email support@luvrens.com with your order number before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. Once the returned item has been received and checked, we will process the applicable refund to the original payment method. Do not send a return without first contacting us. This voluntary return option does not restrict any mandatory cooling-off, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that apply where you live. Where the law gives you a broader right, the law prevails; where an exception for sealed hygiene goods applies, it will be assessed under that law. Please contact us for instructions about return shipping costs before returning an item.

7. Your Responsibilities

Please provide accurate, current account, contact, billing, and delivery information. Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, misuse its content, impersonate others, submit fraudulent orders, or attempt unauthorized access.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, images, design, and other content on this website belong to Luvrens or are used with permission. You may view the content for personal shopping purposes. You must not copy, republish, or commercially reuse it without the relevant owner's permission, except as allowed by law.

9. Liability and Events Beyond Our Control

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or a purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or your mandatory consumer remedies. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, major network disruptions, or transportation interruptions. If such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to notify you and discuss available options.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at support@luvrens.com so we can try to resolve it informally. You and Luvrens may also agree to mediation or another available alternative dispute-resolution process; arbitration is not mandatory under these terms. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the courts of the State of California will have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law, without depriving you of any right to bring a claim in another court where mandatory consumer law allows it.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page, and where required by law we will provide additional notice. Changes will not retroactively remove rights under an order already accepted. Your purchase is generally governed by the terms in effect when that order was accepted, subject to applicable law.
